1Data Controller
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the personal data you share through this form is processed by our company, whose details are given below, as the data controller, within the scope and for the purposes explained in this notice.
2Personal Data Processed
Only the following data is processed through the form:
- Identity: Name and surname.
- Contact: E-mail address, phone number.
- Customer Transaction: Company name, the product/service you request, message content.
- Transaction Security: IP address, date and time record of the form submission.
3Processing Purposes
- evaluating your quotation and information requests and getting back to you,
- informing you about our products and services,
- conducting pre-contract negotiations and sales processes,
- following up your requests and complaints and managing customer relations,
- fulfilling our legal obligations and ensuring information security.
4Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), fulfilling our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f). Commercial electronic messages are sent to you only with your explicit consent.
5Transfer
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail service providers, to our authorised dealers and business partners depending on your request, and to legally authorised public authorities in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically and partly by automated means through the contact and quotation forms on our website.
7Retention Period
Your data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for as long as the processing purpose requires. When the period expires or the purpose ceases to exist, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As the data subject, you may exercise the following rights by applying to us:
- to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law,
- to request that the correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- to object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.
9How to Apply
You can submit your requests in writing to our address above or to info@kameshwelding.com in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
